sync iphone and computer
I need some help in getting my iphone app to sync with my computer. I can’t seem to get them to talk to each other. When I open the program it tells me to enter a code on my phone. I open my phone and it tells me to enter a (different) code on my laptop. (But neither have an option to enter a code.) I am so confused.
1Password Version: 5.3.2

It messes up here:
_Set up Wi-Fi sync on your iOS device.
Make sure you’re on the Settings tab, then tap Sync.
Tap Start Syncing > Sync using Wi-Fi to begin setting up Wi-Fi sync. You will be asked to select your computer from a list. If you don’t see it, check to see that the window is still open on your computer and tap Refresh List.
_
I get to the Sync tab and then I don't have an option to "Start Syncing" - and there is no "Refresh List" listed anywhere.0 -
When that happens is 1Password unlocked on your computer?
Edit: please tell us what version of 1Password for iOS you are using.

Hi @shannon_miles,
As well as the version of 1Password for iOS that you're running I would be very interested to know what the Sync tab does look like for you if you don't have a Start Syncing option.
Now you can actually take screenshots on an iOS device by pressing the home and power button simultaneously. It places the image in with your photos and if you copy it to your computer you can post the image here in the forums using this image as a reference.
If you do decide to do so please do check the image before uploading to make sure it doesn't display anything you really don't want visible in a public forum.

Thank you for your help, guys. I was not on the current version on my phone. I had updated it several times, but it just wouldn't update evidentially. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now I think I am good. Ahh, much better! Thank you for your time and help!

Excellent! Thanks for the update. I'm glad to hear it's working for you. You should be all set, but we're here if you need us! :)
