I can't use iCloud sync bc told have another domain account & pw I don't remember making!
I don't remember ever downloading 1password or making an account, but when I tried to enable sync via iCloud, I was prompted to enter a domain password which I have no idea as to what it would be. Any way you can look up my history to see if I've paid for this before? And how can I retrieve this password? I can't use it at all on my iPhone either since it won't let me log in at all without that original domain's password... Thanks!

Hi @mlynn29,
Are you trying to push the existing 1Password database on your Mac to iCloud or do you want to start anew with 1Password and reset iCloud Data?
Any way you can look up my history to see if I've paid for this before?
We do not have any of your data. Your purchase and iCloud data is linked against your AppleID account, which only Apple can manage. In addition, your 1Password data would be stored in your iCloud account, it is not something 1Password did without your knowledge.
And how can I retrieve this password?
There is no way to retrieve the password without knowing it. You can reset the data in iCloud and start a new 1Password vault to sync with iCloud. If you want to do this, let us know and we'll explain how to do this.
