Text size microscopic on 4k display
After the 4.6.0.586 update the text size in the area the provides the login information like username and password is microscopic. The rest of the app is OK it's just in the logins item display area. Strangely enough it is OK for Wallet items and Secure notes. Is there a setting to change the text size for this area or is this size inconsistency a result of the last update?

After restarting my system, the text size has returned to normal. Thanks!

This sounds like an issue with virtualisation software that I sometimes see.
Just in case you find the user interface to not perform as expected on that high-resolution display, the article Windows High DPI settings might help.
