merging vaults - dropbox and icloud

Hi,

i bought 1Password for Mac via the web and for iOS via iTunes. The former only doesn't allow icloud sync. Now I'd like to merge the two vaults. How do I do this?

    Hi @netfred,

    Sorry for any confusion about that - iCloud sync is only available in the Mac App Store version of 1Password 5 for Mac, and not the AgileBits Store version. We have more information about that here: I do not see the option to sync with iCloud in 1Password for Mac

    Now I'd like to merge the two vaults.

    Do you mean you want to merge the vault in 1Password on your Mac with the vault in 1Password on your iOS device? If so, you can simply set up Dropbox sync on both. We have steps to switch to Dropbox sync in this knowledgebase article: How do I switch to Dropbox Sync from another method?

    If you already have Dropbox sync enabled in 1Password on your Mac, you can skip the "On your Mac…" steps and continue with the "On your iOS devices…" steps below that.
