Old License

Hello,
I have an old license from you guys. I want to activate it on my new machine, but I am unable to as the old license does not give me the license folder for 1Password 5. I only have the product key from the original purchase.

If your license is for version 3, which it sounds like is the case, there is an upgrade fee to move to version 4. Since then, further upgrades have been free, although the that could change. If you go to the AgileBits web store and click on the Upgrade link for the version you are interested in, you'll be offered a place to enter your existing license key. Then you will be shown the discounted price for your upgrade. Version 4 and 5 use the same license file, which replaced the previous alphanumeric key.
