How do I add my wife to my licence
I use 1PW/Mac purchased through Agile Bits Store. How do I get it for my wife also?

You would download a copy from the AgileBits web store onto her machine and then apply the license you received for your copy to her new one. You should have the email message confirming your purchase and including directions for applying that license. Forward that to your wife and have her follow those very same instructions.
I do note that you seem to be an update behind. The most recent release is 5.3.2. You can get the latest by clicking the Check for updates option in the 1Password 5 menu.

@scottpoole: Indeed! You don't have to register your wife or her computer with AgileBits; simply share the license information with her and she is entitled to use it (you and up to 5 family members in the same household, to be precise). I hope this helps! :)
