1password fail to install addon for all browser running El Capitan

Unsure but every time I try to install browser extension it show fail...Any solutions?
I used Firefox and Safari and both fail to have the extension installed

1Password Version: 5.2.3
Extension Version: 532001
OS Version: 10.11
Sync Type: dropbox
Referrer: kb:v3-extension-firefox, kb-search:el capitan, kb-search:1password installing browser add-on running el capitan

    I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac so I may take a look at your logs and see if I can figure out what is going on:

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
