Could we learn a bit more about your setup please. The following will help us understand your environment and hopefully narrow down what the cause might be.
- What version of 1Password are you running both on the Mac and on your Android device?
- How do you sync, is it Dropbox or Wi-Fi Sync?

I've been discussing your issue with a colleague who is more knowledgeable on the 1Password for Android front. What I'm being told is that after changing the Master Password on your Mac, 1Password for Android should have required your original Master Password once and then asked you for the new one once it was allowed to sync. If that didn't happen it's meant to indicate that there is an issue with syncing.
Can you test something for us please. I would like you to create a test item on both your Mac and your Android device. Do both items appear on both your Mac and Android device after syncing? If you can only see the Mac item on the Mac and the Android item on the Android device it would confirm that something is wrong with syncing and we can direct our efforts there. Please let us know how you get along :smile:
