Can you tell us what version of 1Password you have used for the past year? Is that different from the version you now have? Have you recently moved from version 4 to version 5?
I ask because there was a bug in version 4 that allowed some users to continue to use the application after the trial period without registering. That bug was fixed with the release of version 5.
Your experience with iOS applications will be different. They are licensed and sold separately from the Mac version. Since Apple ties licensing to the Apple ID used to buy the software, there is no license to expire.

Thank you for the reply. I have no idea what I used before but I'm using version 5. I remember buying the version as a download. I'm pretty sure. Is there someone I can call to figure this out?

If you go to the main support page (here) and scroll to the bottom, you'll find a place to enter the email address you used to buy your license. Your license information will be sent to you automatically. If you don't know what email you used anymore, or don't have the account anymore, send email with as much information as you can about your purchase, including any email addresses that might be relevant and your name and address as you gave them when you bought your license to support+licenses@agilebits.com. Include a link to this thread. You'll get an automated reply that includes a support ticket number. You can speed things along for the staff who will follow up if you post that ticket number back here in this thread.

Hi @WB_User,
Sorry for the confusion here! Please have a look at our Trial Expired support article, which addresses your question.
I've searched our sales records by the email address under which you're registered in the forums, and I found no results, so if you have purchased 1Password for Mac, it was probably purchased from the Mac App Store. In that case, see #2 in the Trial Expired article.
