MBAir has correct logins. New MBPro and old iPhone 6plus have old logins. help

MBAir (Yosemite) is the computer that has the correct logins.
The 1P website, a MBPro (recently clean installed Yosemite) and my iPhone 6+ (iOS 9) all have outdated logins.
I use Dropbox to sync.
All are Synced to Dropbox.
How do I get them all to have the same 1P database as on the MBAir which has the correct up to date logins?
