    Hi @cyndil,

As Stephen said, we'll need to know some more information to help you get this sorted out. The versions of 1Password on your Mac and iPhone, as well as which sync method you're using, will be a great start. Thanks in advance! :)

    Hi @cyndil,

Thank you for the version numbers, they actually highlight what the problem is perfectly.

When Apple released iCloud Drive along with iOS 8 and Yosemite they started enforcing the restriction that only apps or applications obtained from their stores could access these iCloud frameworks. Now as you're running 5.3.2 that tells me you're running the AgileBits Store version of 1Password for Mac and that sadly means it cannot sync to iCloud.

You mention that you have Dropbox and if you're happy to do so then I can assure you that all versions of 1Password, regardless of platform or other variations, can all use Dropbox to sync a vault or vaults. So if you move to using Dropbox then everything should work.

How do you feel about moving to Dropbox, is it something you feel comfortable doing in terms of the steps involved or would you like us to help you through it?

@cyndil: To be clear, your iPhone also won't display items you've Trashed, so this can also account for item count discrepancies.

Go ahead and follow these guides to setup Dropbox on your devices:

    Dropbox Sync Setup

And when you sync the second and subsequent devices, you may be warned that there is a vault mismatch:

    Vault Mismatch Sync Error

That's okay! So long as you're selecting the right vault in Dropbox (and you should only have one at this point), you'll want to merge the data from the vault on your device with the vault stored in Dropbox. Just choose More Info (on iOS) and Merge the data so you'll have everything in the same vault. please let me know how it turns out! :)
