Feature Request - Two-Factor VIP Integration
Because many sites, E-Trade, etc. now use secure token authentication it would be great to have token support within 1Password. Ideally the credential itself would be part of 1Password. The security code would then optionally append to the password or fill in a separate field as required by the site in question.

Hi @Pijp,
When we talk about 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) we tend to forget that there are multiple standards out there. We currently support one of the more well known 2FA standards, RFC 6238, the one used by the likes of Google and Dropbox. It isn't the only standard out there though and both Authy and Symantec use a proprietary 2FA in their product. Both systems rely on a secret that is stored on their servers so it will remain very unlikely that we would ever be able to support those standards. I mention those two as E*Trade at least has decided to support VIP access which is Symantec's app and Authy is similar and another you may come across.
So sadly I don't see support for E*Trade happening any time soon but if any of the sites that you are on suggest using Google Authenticator to use 2FA on their account then you can definitely use 1Password.
