Unfortunately, one of the security decision made by AgileBits is that all the data are under your control. They have no access to it or to your password and cannot reset it.

This does provide security against outside attack, but causes serious problems if your master password gets lost.

If you have some idea of the master password but it isn't working, there are some things to try (changing lowercase character to uppercase is one option).

If you are prepared to lose existing passwords, it is possible to start over. But I assume you really want to get hold of the current passwords, and AgileBits can't help.

    Greetings @jthomesr68,

These posts are the hardest because as danco has stated, there is no way for us to help you recover access to your vault. The reason is, anything that would allow us access or the ability to reset a Master Password is also a weakness that would be exploited. The only way to ensure your vault is secure is that there are no backdoors or ways to circumnavigate the encryption.

All we have are two pages with hints. They may of no use but it's all we can offer :(

I do hope you manage to remember what your Master Password is.
