Was attempting to sync to an iPad which failed repeatedly. Then tried to open 1password and my basic password was not accepted

    So that we can try and help you could you tell us a bit more about your setup please. The following will help us understand what you have and then we can start looking into what might help solve this.

    1. What version of 1Password are you running on your Mac and your iPad?
    2. How were you trying to sync, was it Dropbox, iCloud or Wi-Fi Sync?
