change login to email category

Is there any way to change a category on an already as login saved password? May be I can't see the tree in front of the forest ... ;-)

There isn't I'm afraid but it is something that has been requested in a more general sense. I wonder, does this thread match what you are looking for and would the suggestions for possible improvements meet your needs?

no that is not what i meant. If i store a login as an ordinary login category, can i change that afterwards to another category as mail accounts? Or do i need to transfer it manually to a new email object?

Hello @dluety,

At the moment it isn't possible. There isn't a way to convert from one type to another so you would need to manually copy all of the data across. We do have a feature request to allow converting though which was the reason for the link. In that thread cborgia recognises what they saw as a shortcoming in 1Password and was asking to see something implemented as I'm guessing you might too?
