Backing up from file - 2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword-osx-helper/

I keep a copy of the file 2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword-osx-helper/ in a seperate location as a backup of my file vault. I just want to confirm that that the private data (login names, passowrds, names of accountes etc.) is encrypted within this file and that there is no need to further encrypt a backup of this file. Is that the case? Also, I can fully restore all my password with this file alone?

    Hi @Cindy689,

    I would advise against relying on the 2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword-osx-helper/ as a backup of your file vault. Instead, I would recommend storing one of 1Password's backups as described here. You can fully restore your vault using your 1Password backup.
