A search box appears randomly and asks where is file 2BUAC8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepas?

    It sounds like something is not working properly here. Can you please tell me a little more about when you are seeing the search box? Is it popping up when you first launch 1Password?

    It seems pop up when I try to use 1Password Mini for the first time. But after that it seems to pop up randomly. I have deleted 1Password from all backup files and have excluded from files to be backed up in Time Machine and Carbon Copy Cloner (CCC)

    Hi @BourneLucky,

    You've indicated that you're using 1Password 5 Version 5.3.2 (532001) Agile Web Store, but the file your computer is asking about is a supporting file for the Mac App Store version of 1Password 5. So I'd guess that you may have both versions installed somewhere on your computer. If you'd like us to help you locate and clean up any extra 1Password application files, we'll be happy to if you just email us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac: here's how.
