How to install on Firefox?

I have just downloaded 1Password version 4.4.3 to upgrade version 3.8.17 which quit working once Firefox went to version 41. So, I'm stepping through the help screen to install on Firefox, which is to open "main menu" and then open "+ Customize". But when I do that, no key appears. It's as if Firefox does not know the new app is there.

Where do I go from here?

    Hi @j_crouch,

I'm sorry, but I am not sure which instructions you are referring to. Regardless, please try downloading the extension and following the installation instructions from here.

Please let me know if you have any questions about those instructions or get stuck during the installation process.

Thanks for your reply! The instructions I was originally trying to follow was a help topic "The 1Password button is missing from my browser." Your link above got me to successfully install 1Password 4 on my Firefox 41, and it seemed to recognize that it's been installed, but following the help topic steps, when I open the "main menu" and click on "+Customize" the window still does not show a key, so 1Password is still not showing in my menu. That's where I'm stopped.

Ah, got it to show now. Essentially I had to close Firefox, restart, and then the prompt to install the extension appeared. It's up now! Thank you for following up earlier today.
