El Capitan - clean install, not displaying all fields
I did a clean install of El Capitan on my MacPro. Afterwards I downloaded the latest version of 1Password from the App Store. When I opened 1Password for the first time I successfully synced to iCloud. However, while I seem to have all my items, the only fields displaying in each item is: last modified, created and attachments. My Notes display the title but no text, credit cards info gone too. Almost all of the fields are missing including, log in and software license data. I have tried deleting all files relating to 1Password, rebooting and reinstalling. Same problem.
On my MacBook Air I upgraded to El Capitan without doing a clean install and 1Password is operating normally.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi @cbarber,
I'm sorry you're having this problem with 1Password on your Mac Pro!
I'm not sure why only some of the data in each item is appearing in 1Password on that Mac. Fortunately it sounds like you have all your latest 1Password data on your MacBook Air. As a precaution, you should make a new backup of your 1Password data on the MacBook Air before getting into more troubleshooting. From the main 1Password app, go to File > Backup. That will open the Backup preferences and show all your backups, including the new one you just made.
When you're ready, please try the following steps to see if they solve the problem:
- On your Mac Pro, follow our starting over steps. (After doing that, don't go through the setup again yet - continue with the rest of these steps first.)
- Reset your 1Password data in iCloud by following the steps here: How to reset iCloud data and start fresh
- On your MacBook Air, re-enable iCloud sync in 1Password. Allow the sync to complete (it will need to copy all your 1Password data back to your iCloud account, so might take a little longer than usual).
- On your Mac Pro, open 1Password and choose to sync your data from iCloud.
Does that help to solve the problem? Let us know how it all goes. If it still doesn't work correctly after that, we'll continue from there. Thanks!
