Upgrading to a boundle
Hi,
Quite a while back I updated from a 1password3 Mac only licence to a Mac and Windows 1password4 bundle and got a licence KEY (not file) for that. I installed 1password4 on the Windows computer but never upgraded on the Mac.
Now when I tried to upgrade the Mac as well I need a licences file which I do not have. I have requested it through the automatic "let us email you your licence file" feature on you homepage several times but no email arrives. :-/
I have also understood that the upgrade from 4 to 5 is free so could you please send me a licence file for Mac 1password5? Of course I can supply my licence key in a less public forum.

Can you email us please at support+licenses@agilebits.com. I tried locating a licence for you based on the email address you use here in the forums but it turned up no results. If you could email us using the email address you used at the time of purchase and a link to this thread and we'll help get you sorted :smile:
