Hello, I am trying to add my 1password account to another computer and then sync.But...
I downloaded 1password to the computer but I cannot find any prompts as to what to do next. There is no place that asks me if I already have an account ... Not sure what to do next. Thanks!
(by the way, I would fill in the information asked below but I don't see it under settings or on my cell phone.)

Hey @Nur! 1Password doesn't have "accounts", per se. Your passwords are all stored on your computer, unless you decide to sync them. When you downloaded and installed 1Password on your computer, you should have been asked to set a Master Password to keep your passwords safe. If you didn't, let us know what did end up happening and we can help you out with that. :)
Since you posted this in the Mac forum, I'm assuming you have the Mac app. Here's our getting started guide for Mac: https://support.1password.com/guides/mac/getting-started.html
If that's not the case, here's our guide to getting started on Windows: https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-windows/4/en/topic/quick-start
If you're wondering how to get your passwords on your other devices, you can sync your data using Dropbox, iCloud, or WiFi. We have a full comparison of these sync features here: https://support.1password.com/sync-options/
Don't worry about the extra information. That's just to help us diagnose issues with your 1Password app, and we don't need it at the moment. :) I know there's quite a bit of info in this post, so let us know if you have any questions about things!

Did you notice the "Awesome. Let's get started" button at bottom right of the introductory screen. It's easy to miss that this is a button. Press it and you will be asked for info about whether or not you already have a vault. Continue following what @penderworth said

Thank you for all your responses. Before I go and study all the suggested guides and information, please confirm that I can have my 1 password on two computers. I am currently syncing with my iPhone and iPad via Dropbox. Many thanks!

@Nur You can have 1Password installed on up to six computers within the same household, as per our licenses page. :) Hope that answers your question.

Back again issue not resolved. Ugh. I thought I did well but I guess not.
The second computer was linked or synced with the first and the smartphones. All seemed well but now I see that the second computer says that my "trial expired".I don't know what I did wrong in the process and need your assistance in how to correct it.
Many thanks,

@Nur Welcome back! It sounds like all you need to do is add your 1Password license to the copy of the app on your second computer. That is, if you purchased the app from the AgileBits Store. If you did, you can request your license be resent on this page. If you purchased from the Mac App Store, you will need to simply re-download the app there. Here's how to do that:
- Launch the Mac App Store and sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase 1Password
- Switch to the Purchases tab
- Click the Install button beside 1Password
Let us know if that helps get things going again! :)
