I am running Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63) on a MacBook Pro and an iMac.
After upgrading Firefox, I have no1Password extension. Purchasing your new version will not work with my old OS, right? I cannot downgrade Firefox to a compatible previous version, either. What are my options going forward? I would rather avoid using Chrome or Safari as a fix. Thanks.
1Password Version: Version 3.8.22 (build 32010)
Extension Version: Not displayed
OS Version: OS X LION

@Gerry_Mansell: Sorry for the confusion! The newest versions of Firefox (40+) contain substantial changes that break compatibility with the old 1Password, which has not been in active development for just over three years.
You can upgrade to 1Password 4 or 5 (requires Mountain Lion or Yosemite respectively), which use our current extension, and are fully compatible with current browsers. However, this is a paid upgrade if you do not already have a valid 1Password 4/5 license.
Alternatively, you can continue using 1Password 3 with a different browser which is still compatible:
Firefox ESR 38: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ *
*Firefox ESR will move to 42 around May 2016, at which point the 1Password 3 extension will be broken.
Google Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions! :)
