1 password wants to like to someone else's iCloud account

I inherited a mac book air, and went through all the steps to erase the startup disk and install a new copy of OS X. However, now that I'm signed in and setup, I bought 1 password with my apple id and for some reason 1 password is finding the previous owner's iCloud account and won't let me create a new primary vault. How do I setup my own 1 password primary vault and account?

@tscherf: Indeed! iCloud is completely separate from the data stored on the Mac. And while I'm not sure I understand how the Mac could still be logged into iCloud after a reinstall (maybe the disk wasn't erased?), simply logging out and logging into your own iCloud account will do the trick. Cheers! :)
