Explorer 11: I see the icon in my toolbar, but nothing happens when I click on it. Can you help?

The 1Password icon is in the top right-hand corner of the browser is displayed, but when I select it (click on it), it doesn't respond. I have rebooted my computer, but it still doesn't work. I have also examined my 'Preferences - Browsers tab' in 1Password and the check box for Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.18036 is checked. Can someone help me troubleshoot this challenge? Thanks in advance!

    @randyallen: I'm glad to hear that it's at least showing up for you, but I'm sorry that it doesn't seem to be working. If you use the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl \) does that work? I suspect not, because it may be that some other software is blocking the connection between the 1Password Helper and the extension. Do you have security software running on your PC that might be interfering? Please let me know! :)
