On the first try, my password will not work for my citibank account

On my first try to open my citibank account using 1password, I get a message saying that an error has occurred. I try clicking on 1password a second time and the account opens. What is wrong?

    Hi @sandwich,

    Hmm, hard to say just yet, as that's not really much to go by. What is the exact text of the error message? Does it seem like the error message is coming from the website, or the browser, or 1Password (if you can tell)? A screenshot would probably be helpful here.

    The first thing I'd suggest is try saving a new login item manually for Citibank (maybe call it Citibank Test, or however you want to differentiate it from the existing item), and see if the error still happens with that new item. If it works better than the existing login item, go ahead and delete the Citibank item that was giving you the error.
