1password fills in field for zip code with userid

Please see https://www.sefcu.com. 1password fills in:
- username correctly
- password correctly
- zip code field with username (of course, this is incorrect as zip code field should be blank)

Sometimes the process still logons-on even with username in the zip code field. However, other times the website proceeds with the locator function.

I created a new 1password login, but it had the same problem.

Is there a means for me to keep 1password from filling the zip code field with my userid? In other words, leave the zip code field blank.

This problem has occurred on multiple versions of 1Password and OS X.

Thanks.

    Greetings @joisagile,

Unfortunately there is no easy way to stop 1Password from filling the zip code on the home page. It's not a short explanation but what it comes down to is the ability to interact with something called IFrames.

I don't know how you feel about it but if you're curious I would be interested to know what happens if you visit https://www.sefcu.com/ob.aspx directly rather than https://www.sefcu.com. The page the first URL refers to is the actual login form for the site and there is a distinct possibility that if you try to log in there it will work. If it does, 1Password would be able to interact with this page reliably and without causing interference with fields elsewhere. I realise it's a bit of a workaround but it might do the trick. Please do let us know how you get along and how you feel about this suggestion

Your suggestion works for me. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

1Password has to be one of the best products. Made extensive use of all the different categories of items especially secure notes. I've recommended it to many people. Keep up the great work.
