Can I re-purchase my license, since my husband already has a license I can use?
I have got myself a macbook, and installed 1password on it, without thinking about which version I got. After 30 days of trial I bought the license, without consouling my husband, which already had a license, although for an older version.
Can I re-purchase my license and instead use my husbands license for the older version?

If you bought your license within the past 30 days, AgileBits will issue a refund. If you used the same email address you used when you bought your license, someone should be along to confirm tha this is what you want and take care of it.
You can use your husband's license for that older version. You haven't said what version he has licensed. If he has a license for version 4, you and he can upgrade to version 5 for free. Just download that version, as you already have done, and apply the same license to register it. If your husband has an older version than that, there may be an upgrade fee, but if will be discounted from full price. If you bought your license using the same email address you used to register for the forum, someone from AgileBits will be along to issue that refund.
If you used a different email address, send a message asking for the refund from the address you used to make your purchase to support+licenses@agilebits.com. Include the name and address you gave when you bought the license, and any other relevant information. It probably would help to give the same information about your husband's purchase. You'll get an automated reply that includes a support ticket number. It should speed things along if you post that number back in this thread.
Be sure your husband's version will work on your new Mac Book. If it won't, you may need to upgrade to a later version. Whether that will require an upgrade payment will depend on what license your husband has and when he bought it.

It's also worth noting the other tidbit that hawkmoth noted: You should try your husband's license on your computer before we refund you just to make sure it's up-to-date. Let us know how things go!
