1Password refuses to start

Hi!

I kinda tried everything on your troubleshoot page, but the problem seems kinda more serious, because my syslog is recording weird stuff when i try to start the 1Password app:

"Refusing to execute/trust quarantined program/file: 2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword4-helper"

the full log is below .. how to fix this?
