Browser ext incompat w/my version of Ffox

I use Ffox ESR channel v.38.3 ("NO" to "improvements"), incompat w/1pass ext, any way around this that does not require me upgrading Ffox?

Or is it installed but doesn't work correctly when you try to use it? Are you getting any error messages? If so, what exactly do they say? Well... there is no extenstion installed YET. I just installed 1pass for the first time yesterday (version 5.3.2) and when I tried to install the extension for FFox, I got an ERR msg:

1Password could not be installed because it is not compatible with Firefox 38.3.0.

Anything else?

@kirk_b: Sorry for the confusion! Because older versions of Firefox don't share Mozilla's new extension signing requirements the newest version you'll be able to use there is 4.4.2:

1Password extensions

And of course if and when you're ready to upgrade to a newer version of Firefox the newer 1Password extension releases will be ready for you too. Cheers! :)
