HELP ME. I don't have it downloaded on other computers so lock it and stop it now. Please tell me immediately what number I can call to talk to a live person. I am so stressed right now and there is no support number anywhere and who knows when you will email me back.

AgileBits has never had your data and therefore cannot turn 1Password off for you. But if you have used a strong master password, it is very unlikely that anyone would ever be able to gain access to your data. Do you, by chance, have Find My Mac turned on and active in your stolen computer? You could log in to another computer and use Find My Mac to wipe your stolen hard disk. I know it's not the news you want, but no one can get access to your data without that master password, and AgileBits has no way to get in without it or to delete it remotely.

If you want to discuss this further with support staff, send email to support+forum@agilebits.com. You'll get an automated response with a support ticket ID number. It could help speed thing along if you post that ticket number back in this thread.

    Hi @lindsayliebson,

I see that you've emailed us and I'll respond to you there as well, but @hawkmoth has pretty much covered the bases here. There's nothing we can do because your data only exists where you put it. So if you've never set up any sync method for your data, then your data is only on your computer.

I'm so sorry you're in this situation, and I hope you can use Find My Mac as @hawkmoth suggested. Best of luck to you!
