retired and feeling thick. I use -3-4 shopping websites I am experiencing quite a few problems between my iPhone 6 / iPad air but seem to be coping with my Mac.your newsletters are(monkey see monkey do) fantastic for me especially the pictorials.more please for us" oldies". when I attempt to use logins sometimes I succeed, sometimes not.hence my question above.I believe I have synced successfully with my iPhone but not with my iPad.so I am learning and plodding on.When you stop laughing, which methods are best for passwords or logins?
The only time I feel as if I have done successfully is if I see the 1password logo on the website that I have saved my info for,is this correct?
more stupid questions to follow.Regards.Thank You.

    Hi @billybobs,

There are no stupid questions but I don't feel confident at the moment that I fully understand the issue that you're experiencing.

From the title of your post it sounds like you have multiple Login items for a single site. If you are what I would recommend doing is editing one and making the title something unique so you can easily identify it. Test logging into the site using the uniquely named one. If it works you know you can safely remove the other copies and you do so on your Mac by right clicking on an item in the Item List pane and selecting the Move to Trash menu option.

Now it might be I haven't addressed your question at all and if this is the case please do let us know. If you can explain a little more what the problem is we will do our best to help you become comfortable with 1Password and have it serve you well
