The information you have provided is a little skimpy (for example, you've not told us exactly what version of 1P for Mac you are using) however, I'll hazard a guess and suggest that this AgileBits post may help you.
If it doesn't please post again and tell us your version of 1P and the exact error message you see when you try to launch 1P.
