Where can I find my license key?
I originally purchased 1 Password Pro as a Macintosh user and have utilized the program on several of my mobile devices i.e., iPhone, iPad, Macbook, MacBook Pro, and the iMac. At work I have to use a Windows based network computer so I downloaded 1 Password for windows. It is now asking for a "license key" and I can't seem to find a license key number in my program. The Windows/desktop version also does not seem to respond to my master password for my vaults therefore I cannot sync.

My question is how do I find my license key? And can we do cross platforms between Mac and Windows for our 1Password Vaults?

1Password is licensed per person and per platform, so a license for 1Password for Windows will require a separate purchase from 1Password for Mac.
If you bought the Mac app from the Mac App Store, we'll gladly give you a discount coupon for the Windows app if you email us your receipt from the Mac App Store purchase to support+licenses@agilebits.com.
If you bought your license from the AgileBits Store, you must have registered it under a different email address than the one tied to your forum handle because I found nothing registered to that address. You can retrieve your license by entering the registered email address here. And then you can enter that license key in our upgrade store to get a discount on a single Windows license.
