I have no idea where I stand with 1 Password. I had, I think both.

I believe I bought both programs. Now I have neither. According to my "purchased" list I have 1Password Manager with Wallet, but when I try to open it, which is my only choice, I get a message that says 1Password is not connecting to 1 Password mini and that I should quit the program. Meanwhile I have no passwords. At all. Help.

    I'm a little confused by your post because you say you don't now have any version of 1P for Mac—but you do have a problem launching it. I assume you mean you don't have a working version. :)

    On that basis see if the AgileBits suggestion in this post helps.

    Please note there's already an AgileBits reply to your other question, in the thread you started, here. It might be easier to keep all your posts related to the same problem in the same thread—because that makes it easier for you to know where to find the answers to your questions.

    Hi Rebecca,

    I'm not entirely sure if this is related to the issue you asked about in your other discussion, but if it is, we can merge them together into the same thread to avoid confusion.

    You didn't give us the exact error message you're seeing, but it sounds like you might be running into an issue we've been seeing where OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) doesn't seem to be removing the quarantine flag from the 1Password app as it normally should. In that case the steps from this post (the same link from Stephen's message) should solve that.

    Please let us know how it all goes! Hopefully that fixes the problem, but if it doesn't, we'll be happy to continue working with you on that. Thanks! :)
