All of a sudden every time I try and use my 1Password logins, I see this error. I uninstalled/reinstalled 1Password...still see the error.

After uninstalling/reinstalling 1Password, and then uninstalling/reinstalling my browser extensions for 1Password as well, it finally started working again.
I have to say...anecdotally, this isn't my 1st issue with 1Password and Chrome (in specific).

I have to admit I haven't seen that error before and I can't find any previous threads that might help enlighten. All I can ask is to please let us know if you have problems going forward.
As a Chrome user, do you log into Chrome with a Google account and do you have Chrome synchronise stuff like bookmarks, extensions etc.? I don't know that this is linked at all, I just know that sometimes syncing of extensions may not be helpful.
