Do you mean you don't know how to reinstall 1P for Mac? Or do you have some problem launching 1P on your Mac? If 1P fails to launch on your Mac this AgileBits post may help you but if that's not the problem please explain the problem rather more fully and please also tell us what version of 1P for Mac you are using.

I do think we're going to need a little bit more information I'm afraid.
One thing we need to determine is where you purchased 1Password for Mac from so that if the question is how do you install it again we can give you the correct answer. You might have purchased 1Password for Mac from Apple's Mac App Store but you could have also purchased it from our AgileBits Store. All I can say with any confidence at the moment is if you did purchase from our store it wasn't using the email address you use here in the forums.
It might be this isn't the issue at all. Hopefully a bit more of a description and we can help :smile:
