Aloha! I just downloaded 1Password and was billed twice.

I downloaded 1Password, entered my biz credit card and it was declined. I entered my biz debit card and it went through fine. I received two emails, each confirming my purchase. I logged onto my bank and there is one charge on my credit card and one on my debit card. Need the debit card charge refunded please.

    It may be best to send an email to the staff support+licenses@agilebits.com from the email address you used to purchase the license. Be sure to include any relevant info that may be useful in helping locate your purchase.

    Also include a link to this topic in the email. You'll receive an automated reply from bitbot the automated reply clerk. Post that ticket number back here.

    Now having said that, there are several staff running around here today. Someone may indeed catch it rather quickly. :)
