1Password can't connect to 1Password Mini

Hi everyone,

i recently bought 1Password as a bundle for Mac and Windows. But i can't run the Mac version on my 2013 Macbook Air. It always tells me, it can't connect to 1Password Mini. I already followed the article on your support page but it still won't open.
I tried a search on my mac for "1password" and deleted everything that was found, but still no go.

What do i have to do?
