I have 1Password 4 on both my iPhone and computer however the information I load on the computer isn't syncing with the phone. I did the upgrade from my phone. That being said, I followed the instructions to remove the basic 1Password from my computer and then re-installed 1Password 4. I tried both syncing via iCloud and WiFi.

Hi @azhawksnest,
iCloud sync (CloudKit) at the moment is restricted to Apple's platforms, it is not yet available on Windows. Apple's working on opening it up but until they're done and it is tested, you won't be able to use iCloud for now.
That means you have two options, Wi-Fi Sync or Dropbox.
Can you tell me what happened when you try to use the Wi-Fi sync? Did it sync successfully but 1Password on the iPhone isn't showing anything? Your 1Password data isn't stored with your 1Password program, it is stored outside of the 1Password program files, which means reinstalling won't help with this issue.
