Hello, how can I find license from my AppStore 1Password to use it on my Windows 1Password?

    The first thing to make clear is that 1P for Mac and 1P for Windows are completely separate products. 1Password is licensed per person and per platform, rather than per device. That means that if you want 1P for Windows you have to buy it. You can read more about AgileBits' approach to software licensing in this knowledge base article. (Keep reading: there's better news below! :) )

    Further, there is no licence as such that you can "find" in the Mac App Store version of 1Password. However, you can avail yourself of the reduced price for AgileBits' Mac/Windows licence bundle notwithstanding that you bought 1Password from the Mac App Store. Send an email to support+licenses@agilebits.com with the following information:

    1. your full name;
    2. your full address;
    3. evidence of your purchase of 1P for Mac from the Mac App Store;
    4. a request for a price for the Mac/Windows licence bundle;
    5. a link to this thread.

    You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and speed the response.
