1password don't respond in os X EI

I have already done the three steps as this website said, 1) quite, restart pc 2) reinstall 3) find try to delete multpile apps.

But I still get a not repond error when I try to open 1password 5

    On the assumption you're using 1P4 or 1P5 under El Capitan you might try the suggestion in this AgileBits post.
