If you bought your license within the last 30 days, AgileBits will refund your money and you then buy another license from the Mac App Store. If your purchase was made the same email address you used to register for the forum, the process should easy. An Agilebits person will be along and confirm that you want a refund and issue it. If you used a different email address, send email from that address to support+license@agilebits.com and ask for the refund.

If your purchase was more that 30 days ago, you would need to buy another license directly from Apple at the Mac App Store. Apple only allows access to iCloud for syncing in applications they sell themselves. If I were you, though, I would not consider iCloud worth spending the extra money. I prefer Dropbox, because it allows syncing more than just the primary vault, and it allows sharing vaults with other users. iCloud doesn't allow either of those. And I prefer the AgileBits store version because generous discounts are offered when paid upgrades come along. Apple doesn't allow developers to offer discount pricing to registered users. Everyone pays the same amount.

    Hello @mrcmrz,

It sounds like hawkmoth's answer helped explain the situation. Hopefully Dropbox will be an acceptable alternative and if it is and you need assistance setting it up please let us know
