Importing current saved passwords from Safari 9.0?

Is there a way to import current passwords from Safari 9.0 or Keychain to start the transition to using 1Password?

1Password Version: 5.3 (AppStore)
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: OSX 10.11
Sync Type: iCloud
Referrer: kb:import

    The utility mentioned in this post will import from the Apple keychain.

    Hey @JaySanders! MrC's Convert to 1Password Utility that Stephen_C posted is currently the best option to import your iCloud Keychain data into 1Password.
