Cannot sync 1P using iCloud Sync even after reinstalling from App Store
Yesterday did clean install OS X El Capitan and reinstalled apps from Time Machine, to include 1Password 5.3 (purchased from Mac App Store). My iPad & iPhone both have 1Password 5.4.3 and were setup with my Mac (previously running Yosemite) to use iCloud Sync. Since upgrading Mac to El Capitan I have not been able to use iCloud Sync. When I press the 1P icon it asks if I want to use a New or Existing database. I select Existing, then get to select where existing data is stored. However, at this point I cannot select iCloud Sync. That option not available!
How can we fix this? Note: I have already uninstalled & reinstalled 1Password 5 from the Mac App Store.
Thanks

Hi @Bver,
Can I enquire as to the state of 1Password on your iOS devices please. I'm wondering if to the best of your knowledge that have a complete copy of your vault and do they still report that they're syncing to iCloud?
Assuming the vault on one of your iOS devices is good we could use it to recreate the sync container in iCloud and see if that makes any difference.
To check the sync status on an iOS device open 1Password for iOS and visit Settings > Sync. In there it should say Sync Service and then iCloud if that is indeed what it is doing. Based on the answers to these two questions we can make the decision on how to proceed.
