I tried resetting 1password after formatting mac but when I tried to synchronize the data in iCloud the system tell me that the version of 1password is newer and is unable to recover the data in iCloud. I have now created a new safe always synchronized with iCloud. I need to recover previous data. I await your kind reply. thank you. Have a nice day.

Can you access your 1Password data via iCould Drive? I'm not an AgileBits employee but I think it should work.
Besides, iCloud is a extremely unstable service. Switching to Dropbox may be better.

    Hi @Giancky,

I feel like we're going to need more information. I suspect you may have taken the opportunity to upgrade OS X, maybe even 1Password when you formatted your Mac. To understand what happened it will really help to learn what you were using before, if you backed up your internal drive before formatting it and if you were asked (and accepted) to update to iCloud Drive. With that information we can hopefully piece together a fuller picture.
