Upgrade
I have a V5 license which I purchased via a Parallel's bundle in 2014. I want to upgrade to Family (Mac and Windows), my license key does not show up on your upgrade site as valid for some reason. What do I need to do and how much? Please contact me ASAP.

We've seen an increase in queries of late and we're making our way to each question or issue as quickly as we can while doing our best to ensure each person still receives the attention they need. So suffer for the delay.
So the 1Password for Mac licence you already have will cover you and five other family members in the same household, basically we removed the family licence we used to have and made it so that the one licence we sell covers the same people. The same applies to those that purchase 1Password for Mac from Apple's Mac App Store although you have to use Apple's Family Sharing to do so.
