1password stopped working my mac; new pop-up window
I now have a new pop-up window that I cannot log into. No longer fills in fields using "mini"? Mac and Chrome user.

The following advice is fairly generic but with no details it is hard to state anything specific or guaranteed to work. One of the things I normally try when I have a troublesome site is to create a brand new Login item by following our How to manually save a Login guide. If that doesn't work for you can you tell us a bit more about your system please, the following will help ensure we're testing the right setup
- What version of 1Password are you running?
- What version of Chrome are you running?
- What version of the 1Password extension is installed?
As well as that information, how would you feel about posting the URL for the site you're having problems with? If we have the URL we will go and test and see what we can discover. Please do let us know how you get along :smile:

Thank you for your reply. I seem to have fixed it by deleting one of two Chrome extensions (the one "3.xx").

Hi @mpwhite,
If you are successfully running 1Password 4/5 then yes, you will want to remove the older, version 3 of our 1Password Browser Extension. That version only works with 1Password 3. If you have version 4.4.3 installed then you're up to date and it will work with 1Password 4 and 5. Should you run into any troubles at all though please do let us know.
