Hi!

I am using a Pixar Animation Studios license for 1Password. I downloaded 1Password on my phone and home computer but those versions are saying that the trial has ended. I am using Dropbox to sync. Would you please send me information on how to license my other devices? Or do I need to buy the bundle? Thanks for any info!

Nick

    Hi!

I am using a license provided by my employer. I downloaded 1Password on my phone and home computer but those versions are saying that the trial has ended. I am using Dropbox to sync. Would you please send me information on how to license my other devices? Or do I need to buy the bundle? Thanks for any info!

@nickthehoss I've merged the two threads you started which are apparently about the same problem because it will make it easier for you to find answers to your question—and also make support a little less challenging. :)

Hey @nickthehoss! Since you have a business license, it most likely isn't associated with your email address (I searched for the one you signed up here on the forums with and didn't find anything in our system). To get your license to you, we'll have to move this conversation to email and chat about who the account is under. ;) Send us an email at support+forum@agilebits.com and be sure to include a link to this thread so we can connect the digital dots (we like to call them pixels, even if they aren't really pixels). We'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks!
