Changed Master Password and unable to access Vault
Hello folks!
I've read the forums and haven't been able to find anything super clear on the current situation I have so I thought I'd reach out and see if I could get some help!
Some background: My wife and I use 1Password on multiple devices and sync using DropBox Vault. We use an iPad Air 2, MacBook Pro, 5k iMac, iPhone 6, and Nexus 6.
My wife changed our Master Password for a 1Password Vault being hosted on Dropbox on our MacBook Pro. When she did that, she was able to log in using the new password once, and then neither the old or new password worked. Essentially, we cannot access the vault on the MacBook Pro anymore. We can still access the Vault on her iPhone 6 (using Touch ID and old password), as well as the iMac (using the old password) and iPad Air 2 (Touch ID and old Password). I cannot access the Vault on my Nexus 6 with the old or new password (I recently erased my phone and have not been able to access it since. I was able to access using the old password before erasing though).
What can I do to fix this situation? I've tried updating the Dropbox on all devices but nothing seems to be working. I've tried following the instructions in your changing the master password article but that didn't help either.

So just before we proceed, there are two articles that might be worth reading to see if access can be regain on the MacBook Pro. The two articles are:

The second is the more informative in your situation.
Should that not prove of any use I'd like to ask about the iPhone 6 and iMac. Are one or both of these Macs up to date in terms of the vault's content and could we use these to create a new Agile Keychain to replace the one that has been deemed inaccessible?
If something in the article helps that's fantastic! If it's the backup route then we'll need to help guide you through setting up sync again as the existing Agile Keychain will need removed. If the articles don't help but one of the other copies of 1Password can be used to replace the inaccessible vault then we'll help you with all the steps involved.
