I can't upgrade from 4 to 5 because the upgrade button is grayed out
While attempting to upgrade from version 4 to 5 after entering the 4 license number I receive a screen showing a 24.95 price for the upgrade to 5 but the button is grayed out.
And is there really no way to privately email a support request without posting in a support forum?
It seems like you guys are actively looking for ways to get me to conclude the apple keychain is a better way to go...

Hi @lukesponholz,
To ensure we stay on top of all incoming requests we do guide people towards the forums for the initial contact. If a query is complex in nature or requires discussion of anything even remotely private we will move the conversation to our ticket system. The forums though allow us to reach a much larger audience and often we can help several people at once, even some who don't register and post but just find a response that matches their need.
So I can offer you some positive news right now. 1Password 5 is a free update for all existing 1Password 4 users. The reason the update us greyed out is that you are already licensed to run 1Password 5 and we don't want your money. We could possibly improve that page to help the user understand why we're refusing their custom but the important part is as long as you're running either El Capitan or Yosemite then you can run 1Password 5 using the licence you already have
